Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 #OitaATX Festival! There are limited spaces. This application does not guarantee you a space. We will confirm vendors by May 30, 2024. Payment will be due by June 15, 2024.

Agreement

• The cost is $200 for a 4'x10' space.

• You are responsible for bringing a table, no longer than 8 feet. 

• You are responsible for bringing chairs and table cloths.

• Electrical connections are not guaranteed.

• The location of the space is at the discretion of AOSCC and The Long Center.

• You will sell only licensed merchandise.

• The festival is an all weather event. There are no refunds if you are unable to attend.

• Load in will be the morning of the event and load out starts at 4 pm when the festival has ended.

Logo Requirements

• Logo in .PNG format with transparent background.

• A high quality photo of you demonstrating your work is also appreciated.

• Email logo to vendor@austinoita.org.

• This will ensure we are able to include your business in social media promotion.
